Everyday Blend

Sieve matcha into a chawan, add water and sweeten to taste, whisk. Can be cold brewed or hot brewed over ice.

• 1-2 tsp matcha sieved
• 6 oz filtered water (cold or hot)
• ice

Combine matcha, water, and sweetener and add to heavy whipping cream. Whisk and fold in powdered sugar until soft peaks form and fold. Pour over matcha latte base

matcha cream top:

• 1 tsp matcha sieved
• 1/2 tsp sweetener
• 2 tsp filtered water (165-175F)
• 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbsp powdered cane sugar
